How We Work:
Perduco offers a search and selection service in any discipline operating at every level.
The way in which we work enables our consultants to offer our clients candidates who are not
necessarily actively going out to agencies and applying online-"The Passive Job Seeker' who will
consider a move if the right opportunity arises. These are the candidates who would not be accessible
through traditional methods. Throughout our 8 year history we have never filled a vacancy by placing an
advertisement. For a company that places over 300 people in permanent employment annually that is certainly
something to shout about.
Our Staff:
Our Consultants are all grown organically from grass root level. They are trained extensively not only in recruitment but also in developing a commercial awareness of their sector, which enables us to offer the highest levels of service to all of our clients. We pride ourselves on our entrepreneurial, flexible approach to any assignment, as well as our ability to adapt to our clients' needs. This attitude is instilled instinctively into every member of our Perduco team.

Our Environmental Responsibility
Perduco aims for a low adverse impact on the environment. We have implemented various initiatives within our organisation in order to achieve this aim. Toner and printer cartridges are recycled and all Perduco offices have recycle bins for waste paper. Most important of all we try to maintain a completely paper free environment because we recognise the need to minimise the impact as much as possible.
